We're happy to prepare proofs once a job is confirmed. If at the time of proofing the job is cancelled for any reason, we will charge only the cost of preparing the graphics. Proofs must be either signed in person, or responded to in an email reply to the proof that was sent.

Proofing the first time for a product is best done in person, viewing a "hard-copy" digitally printed proof. This is the best way to ensure accurate colour representation, and to see how the overall product looks. Emailed proofs that are viewed on a full size computer are better than a mobile device, but neither are totally reliable for colour, brightness etc. On subsequent proofs, re-orders etc, an electronic proof may be totally suitable for approving content, but we cannot be responsible for electronically approved colour.
